HOA services with regards to field mowing can be a bit tricky.  All HOA contracts are different.  All must be followed exactly.  No two are ever the same.  No two job quotes are ever the same.  All of this is to say the following: if you are hiring the field mowing services of a company, make sure you are hiring a company which comes highly recommended. Why is field mowing so “tricky?” Field mowing requires special equipment, skill, and experience mowing around objects and structures.  In addition, if we are talking about an acre or more of manicured lawn, we are talking about a cut of a specific height to meet HOA standards. We're the ones to call! 

Commercial field mowing services means hiring someone with heavy duty equipment and, if necessary,  it means hiring a brush hog.  Yes, you are going to pay for this type of experience, but a qualified professional is worth the money he charges.

There are two very important things to remember with HOA services: if you do a good job with one, you will never lack for work and two, if you do a poor job with one you will find it very hard to ever do another one.
